In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "rrp55", "we", "us", "our" — refers to rrp55, the internationally operated online casino and sportsbook platform accessible at https://rrp55.net.
• "Platform" — refers to the rrp55 website, mobile-optimised interface, software, games, sportsbook, and all related services available at rrp55.net and any associated subdomains.
• "Member", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who has registered a verified account on the rrp55 Platform and is subject to these Terms & Conditions.
• "Account" — refers to the individual membership account created by a Member upon successful registration, used to access Platform services, hold an IDR balance, and participate in games and wagers.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — refers to any real-money stake placed by a Member on a game, sporting event, or other outcome offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus" — refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback amount, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Member's Account by rrp55 under a specific promotional offer.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer. The identity and document verification process required by rrp55 before processing withdrawals or unlocking full account privileges.
• "IDR" or "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the sole transaction currency used on the rrp55 Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover" — the minimum total betting turnover that must be completed before a Bonus balance may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the reference time zone used by rrp55 for all deadlines, settlement times, and customer service hours unless otherwise stated.

To register and maintain an active account on rrp55, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. rrp55 strictly enforces the 21+ age policy and will request government-issued identification to confirm age during the KYC process.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated bots, and agents acting on behalf of third parties are not permitted to hold Member accounts.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or affiliate of rrp55 or any of its associated game studio or payment partners.
• You must not be located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling platforms is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued by rrp55 or any affiliated responsible gaming programme, at the time of registration.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

Each eligible individual may register a maximum of one (1) rrp55 account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, IP addresses, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You must not use fictitious details, the identity of another person, or any information intended to circumvent age or identity verification.

rrp55 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. Registration does not confer any right to continued access to the Platform; rrp55 may at any time modify, suspend, or discontinue Platform services.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity carried out under your account credentials — whether by you or by an unauthorised party — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify rrp55 support immediately via live chat or email.

Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. rrp55 may apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its prevailing fee schedule, which will be notified to the Member by email prior to any deduction. Accounts with a zero balance that have been inactive for 24 months or more may be closed.

rrp55 is required to conduct identity verification on all Members as a condition of processing withdrawal requests and as part of ongoing fraud prevention obligations. The KYC process may be initiated at any point following account registration.

Required Documents

rrp55 may request any combination of the following documents to complete KYC verification:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a government-issued photo ID — Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last 90 days showing your full name and current residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A copy or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, confirming that the account belongs to the registered Member.
• Source of Funds: For high-value accounts, rrp55 may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds used for wagering activity.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe — typically 14 calendar days of the request — may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or, in cases of persistent non-compliance, account closure. rrp55 is not liable for any losses arising from delays caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC submissions.

Deposits

rrp55 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment method that is registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account belongs to a person other than the registered Member — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and the account being reviewed for compliance.

rrp55 does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which rrp55 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. rrp55 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 1–3 business hours during operating hours (WIB). Requests submitted outside banking hours may be processed on the next available business day, though e-wallet withdrawals are generally processed around the clock.

rrp55 reserves the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal, regardless of whether a Member has previously passed KYC. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended pending the outcome of any security review, fraud investigation, or compliance check.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Member's account dashboard. Withdrawals of Bonus-derived funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirements being met in full before processing.

Chargebacks and Reversals

Any Member who initiates a chargeback or payment reversal through their bank or e-wallet provider without first attempting to resolve the matter with rrp55 support will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation. Confirmed fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account closure and may be referred to relevant legal authorities.

rrp55 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• Bonuses are available to verified Members who have completed KYC unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Member, household, IP address, device, and payment method, unless the promotion explicitly permits multiple claims.
• All bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement (rollover), which specifies the total betting turnover that must be achieved before the Bonus balance — and any winnings derived from it — may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotion. Bonuses and associated winnings not rolled over within the validity window will be forfeited without compensation.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Live casino games, certain table games, and low-margin sports markets may carry a reduced contribution percentage. Contribution rates for each game category are published in the bonus terms.
• rrp55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that existing bonus balances already credited to Members will be honoured under the terms in force at the time of crediting.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotional offers through low-risk betting patterns, arbitrage strategies, or coordination with other accounts — will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and all associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

All games offered on rrp55 — including slots, live casino, table games, and sportsbook markets — are governed by the rules published by the respective game studio or, in the case of sportsbook, by the rrp55 sportsbook rules applicable at the time the wager is placed.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during gameplay, rrp55 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the situation in the Member's favour where the fault is attributable to rrp55's platform. However, rrp55 is not liable for malfunctions originating from a Member's own device, internet connection, or browser. Bets voided due to system errors will be refunded to the Member's account balance.

Sportsbook — Specific Rules

All sportsbook bets are accepted subject to the prevailing rrp55 sportsbook rules. Key provisions include:

• Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the binding odds for that wager.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all legs to win for the full payout to be awarded. A single void leg in a mix parlay may reduce the accumulator to the remaining selections at rrp55's discretion.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and rrp55 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without notice.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are published within the sportsbook interface and may be updated periodically.
• rrp55 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of placement, or where the market was offered in error.

Live Casino — Specific Rules

Live casino games are operated by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules of each live game variant — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and capsa susun (a Chinese poker-style card game) — are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-interface rules and any other communication, the rules displayed within the live game interface prevail.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on rrp55 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Members found to have engaged in any of the following activities will have their accounts suspended or permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter referred to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent account review.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit bonuses, or interact with the Platform in ways not intended for human players.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members to exploit game mechanics, sportsbook markets, or bonus structures.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes in rrp55's favour. Any winnings resulting from exploited errors will be voided.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal purpose.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward rrp55 support staff or other Members in any communal game or chat environment.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited, through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other IP-masking technologies.

rrp55 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining an environment in which gaming remains an enjoyable and controlled form of entertainment. rrp55 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from the Member's account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss you are willing to incur over a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a period of 24 hours to 90 days.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the rrp55 Platform or its content without the prior written consent of rrp55.

Game content — including visual assets, audio, and mechanics — remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, Spribe, and others) and is licensed to rrp55 for display on the Platform. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of game content is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rrp55 and its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if rrp55 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

rrp55's aggregate liability to any Member for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rrp55 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. rrp55 makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed on the Platform.

rrp55 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

rrp55 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit and applies secure storage practices for data at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis. rrp55 will never sell your personal data to third-party marketing organisations.

rrp55 may share your data with licensed payment processors (including banking partners such as BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri, and e-wallet providers), KYC verification service providers, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where disclosure is required by law. In all other cases, your data remains confidential.

rrp55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rrp55 will provide notice to registered Members via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately by law or by a licensor's instruction.

Your continued use of the rrp55 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms in full. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting rrp55 support.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rrp55 holds its operating licence, as updated from time to time.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and rrp55, we strongly encourage the Member to contact our support team in the first instance. rrp55 is committed to resolving complaints promptly, fairly, and informally where possible. To raise a formal complaint, please contact support via live chat or email, referencing your account username and a detailed description of the issue.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits rrp55's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

For Indonesian Members: you acknowledge that online gambling is subject to specific legal restrictions in Indonesia under Law No. 7 of 1974 on Gambling Control and related regulations. By using rrp55, you accept sole responsibility for compliance with Indonesian law as it applies to your individual circumstances.
